We are an insurance agency, not an insurer
California Health Agents is a licensed insurance producer. We do not underwrite insurance and we do not pay claims. Coverage is issued by the insurance company you enroll with, and only that company can approve an application, issue a policy or pay a claim.
We are not Covered California, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Covered California, the United States government, the federal Medicare program, the California Department of Insurance, or the Department of Managed Health Care. Premium tax credits and California state subsidies are available only through Covered California.
Information on this site is general
Plan details, premiums, benefits, provider networks and availability change frequently and vary by county, age and eligibility. Everything on this site is general information, not a quote, a contract, a guarantee of coverage or an offer of insurance. Nothing here is legal, tax or medical advice. Only the policy documents issued by the carrier govern your coverage.
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area.
