How long will the enrollment process take?
Enrollment materials will be emailed or mailed to you within 7-10 business days of a completed application, depending on the selection made during the enrollment process.
What are waiting periods?
This is the time a member must wait from the effective date of coverage for certain procedures to be covered. These are different for each plan. We offer plans with no waiting periods.
I haven’t heard back on the status of my application, how do I check the status?

How do I submit a dental claim?
Dental claims are submitted by dental providers electronically. Claims can be submitted to Ameritas at:

What happens when I reach the end of my coverage period?
At the end of your coverage term, you will receive a renewal letter. At that time you will have the option to continue your coverage or terminate your policy.
